30-day returns

You may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The item must be in its original condition.

How to start a return

Email je7lu@yahoo.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions within two business days.

Return shipping

• If the item is faulty, was damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping.
• If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your own cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
